The staff was friendly and cute, though
The amenities could use some serious improvement. The room was clean and spacious, but the furnishings felt outdated. The breakfast options were limited and not very appealing. The location was convenient for reaching local attractions.

We had a pleasant time. Exceptionally comfortable and upscale hotel, it was worth its 4 stars. The location was stunning and the staff was extremely friendly and affable during the whole stay! There was a great restaurant, a shopping mall and a supermarket next door.

Breakfast for regular prices. The location was great in a lovely area, short walk to Supermarket, other cultural activities and the ocean. There was an in-house restaurant nearby...

My journey from doubt to delight
The warm and inviting staff created a friendly atmosphere! The landscape around the hotel adds a beautiful touch that enhances the tranquil experience.
Classic rooms feel a bit dated, with some signs of wear visible here and there! A musty smell hit me when I entered. It could use a refresh.

A gem of a getaway
Waking up to a gentle breeze by the pool was such a treat. The Equator restaurant's staff was friendly, and their morning coffee perked up each day. Enjoyed clean facilities and friendly vibes everywhere.

Nice pool area and friendly staff made it enjoyable. Limited variety in breakfast options was disappointing. They have karaoke nights. Rooms felt a bit worn with some maintenance needed. Overall a decent place, just a few improvements would help.

The excellent food at the restaurant blew me away! Fresh, tasty options for all meals. Just wish the walls weren't so thin. It was a bit noisy at times 😅

The rooms are spacious but definitely feel tired and dated. The AC in one room seriously struggled-couldn't find a comfortable temp and just blasted cold air. The TV setup was chaotic with cables everywhere. In another room, while the AC worked okay, the TV channels were still hit or miss. Walls are pretty thin, so if you're a light sleeper, good luck! It's definitely not what you'd expect from a 4-star place.
